Orders ship only on business days, which are Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).Our standard processing time: 3-6 business days
Local Shipping
We ship all orders via Knutsford Express and Jamaica Post Office (Zip Mail). Our shipping rates are subject to change based on current carrier shipping costs.
International Shipping
International shipping is available. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS with that being said please read our shipping policy before ordering.
US Orders are shipped via Jamaica Post and then transferred to USPS for final delivery (we reserve the right to ship via any other common carrier). All United States orders have a delivery time of approximately 2-4 weeks, other countries approximately 2-4 weeks. We are not responsible for delays that may occur during shipping by the above common carriers. Note: Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as holidays, shipping backlogs, or customs processing. Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah and New Year’s orders should be placed early to ensure prompt delivery.
Wrong Address
As a customer of Karley's Dawta LLC you are required to provide the correct address before placing an order. We advise you to read over every information provided before placing an order to ensure it is correct. If an incorrect address was placed please quickly email us within 15 mins for the address to be updated at info@karleysdawta.com
*Customers are required to pay a re-shipping fee, if the address they provided was incorrect.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Karley's Dawta LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re delivery cost (amount subject to change based on current shipping rates).
Karley Dawta LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Karley's Dawta LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Karley's Dawta will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. It is the purchaser's responsibility to inquire about your lost or stolen package with the shipping carrier. We are a small business, we are not Amazon so we could not possibly replace all stolen packages or packages marked delivered, that you did not receive.
If you know you live in a neighborhood that steals packages please ensure you ship your packages to another location that is secured. Please also ensure you TEXT OR EMAIL us to ensure we add signature approval to all your orders. Please do this before placing your orders or EMAIL OR TEXT us within an hour before we ship. Thank you!
RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our friendly Customer Service team at info@karleysdawta.com or call us at 876-230-3555 within 3 business days of receiving your merchandise.
Due to the nature of our products as ingestible, items are non-returnable to ensure safety and quality. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement. To process your request, please provide an image of the item and its defects through your orders or via email.
If you receive the wrong item, an item is missing from your package, or your item arrives damaged, kindly contact us at info@karleysdawta.com within 24 hours of delivery. Once the issue is verified, we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
JAMAICA
Karley's Dawta is available in select supermarkets and stores in Jamaica.
