Welcome to Karly’s Dawta, where cherished memories  and delicious flavors intertwine. At Karly’s Dawta, our journey began with the inspiration of our late mother, Karlene Rose Leon. Her culinary passion and love for food not only sparked the inception of our business but also left indelible imprints of warmth and flavor in our hearts. Fondly recalling moments spent in the kitchen with her, we remember the joy of creating Sunday dinners and breakfasts, with Jamaican pastries standing out as the pinnacle of delight. In hindsight, we realize that the secret ingredient in every dish was undoubtedly love.

One cherished memory stands out among the rest - a Christmas Eve filled with excitement and the aroma of freshly baked goods. Guided by a little red recipe book, our mother embarked on her maiden voyage of baking a Christmas cake. To our sheer delight, the outcome surpassed all expectations, igniting a tradition that would endure through the years. Even after our mother’s passing, the tradition lives on, with a modern twist. Today, I proudly carry on the legacy with my very own creation: Real Jamaican Fruit Cake Mix, crafted for convenience without compromising on authenticity.
