INGREDIENTS
- 6 scoops of rum and raisin or vanilla ice cream or 2 cups milk (any milk of your choice)
- 1 big slice (about 2 cups) Karly’s Dawta Fruit Cake
- Splash of rum (optional)
GARNISH
- Jamaican Mixed Spice
- Whipped Cream
- Piece of cake
- Karley's Dawta Caramel Rum Sauce
- Straw
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender, combine ice cream or milk, rum and crumbled Fruit cake.
- Blend until smooth, then pour into two servings.
- Garnish with whipped cream, mixed spice, crumbled cake and a Karley's Dawta Rum Sauce. Add a fancy straw and serve immediately.
